How to Order
Initial Order
The charge for the initial order of supplies of the Heart Manual Post Myocardial Infarction (MI), Revascularisation and Coronary Artery Disease edition* include the tuition fee for one place on the two-day Facilitator Training Course. Copies of the Manual are not normally despatched until at least one nominee has successfully qualified as a Facilitator.
*(The CAD edition only available to April 2012)
